The view was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the surrounding area. The place was also very clean and tidy, making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was rejuvenating after a long day of exploring. the kitchen was well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay.
There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the toilet was quite difficult to understand and operate, taking us a while to figure it out.

our honeymoon stay at a retro studio in New Plymouth was incredible! The friendly greeting, clean and well-equipped unit, and stunning view of the port exceeded our expectations. The quiet atmosphere and beautiful flowers added to the relaxing experience. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

My recent stay at 58 Pioneer - Retro Studio Unit was fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, and the host, Susan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was cozy and warm, with no need for the heater thanks to the electric blanket on the comfortable bed. The hot water was plentiful, and I loved the quirky and cute retro decor. The views of the harbor from both the indoor and outdoor spaces were stunning. Also, the 10.30am checkout time was greatly appreciated.
Totally recommend this hotel.
